Job Description We are looking for someone who wants to work part-time as a debt collection advisor. Whether you are a student alongside your studies or a retiree looking for part-time work, we want to hear from you. As an Advisor, you will primarily communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email, assisting those who reach out to us. You are self-driven, engaged, and with a strong sense of responsibility and authority, you will also make decisions in your conversations to achieve both personal and shared goals. World-class service is the focus for every customer.

You will begin your new role with training to create the right conditions for success and development in your new job, as well as in your role as an advisor. The training will be a mix of both theoretical and practical work alongside our experienced colleagues from one of our teams.

The start date for the position is the first week of June. Working hours are flexible between 08:00–17:00 Monday to Friday. We would like you to be able to work an average of 2 days/week and more during the month-end and summer period.

Qualifications and Attributes We are looking for someone with previous experience in service, customer contact, and a passion for helping people. Previous experience in debt collection, finance, or economics is a plus. You are a quick learner, unpretentious, and your working style builds trust in yourself and our company.

Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required; additional languages are a significant advantage.

You are self-sufficient in your work while also being a true team player, as we work in teams and it is important to spread good energy and be motivated by working in a goal-oriented environment. As a person, you are empathetic, positive, flexible, and respectful in your interactions with both customers and colleagues.

As a consultant, you will be assigned to our client and assist them during a project, a temporary need, or when they require additional expertise for any reason. You will have the opportunity to contribute your experiences while also developing and broadening your own skills from various workplaces. Our consulting assignments can be both long and short, and sometimes there is also the possibility of being permanently hired by the client company.
